Administration from PLN 1090 net / month
The package includes 2 hours per month for agreed administration work. You can add 0 to 4 extra hours at PLN 250 net per hour.
Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Extended SLA costs an additional PLN 350 and means a longer service window and shorter response time — not a guarantee of resolution time.

What does server administration include?
The agreed scope covers server care, monitoring, updates, backups, security and response according to the agreed SLA.
How is administration different from monitoring?
Monitoring reports service status and problems. Administration also includes planned maintenance work and response within the agreed scope.
How many hours are included?
The Administration package includes 2 hours of work per month. Additional hours cost PLN 250 net per hour and do not carry over to the next month.
How much does administration cost?
Administration starts at PLN 1090 net per month. The final scope depends on the environment and agreed terms.
What is SLA?
SLA means agreed service conditions, including the service window and guaranteed response time for a request. It does not guarantee the time needed to resolve an incident.
